At Welcome Skateboards, we want you to be completely satisfied with your gear; if you are not happy with your purchase, you can return or exchange unused items within 30 days of delivery. Please ensure all decks remain in their original shrink wrap and apparel has all tags attached to be eligible for a refund.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Return

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and zip code to select the items you wish to send back.

  Pack Your Gear

  Securely pack your items in their original packaging, ensuring skate decks are protected to prevent damage during transit.

• 3.
  Attach the Label

  Print the prepaid shipping label provided via email and affix it clearly to the outside of your return package.

• 4.
  Drop Off and Track

  Drop your package at any authorized carrier location and keep your tracking receipt until your refund or exchange is processed.
